1kg Gluten Free Classic Bread mix

   20g Dried Yeast          $12.95

   1250 ml Water

   100 g Soft Margarine

   Mixing times 1-2 min on slow

   Bake Temp 220 deg c (205 deg for fan forced)

      Ingredients: Rice Flour, Tapioca Starch, Potato Flour, Rising Agents (450, 407, 575), Sugar, Emulsifiers (471(soy),481, Iodised sea salt, modified Tapioca Starch, Vegetable Gums (415, 407) Psythum Husk

 

1kg    Method

 1. Preheat oven to 230deg (205 deg fan forced)

 2. Grease a 21-25cm x 7cm high loaf tin

 3. using a beater combine ingredients in the amounts shown above and follow mixing times

 4. Spoon the mixture into tin and smooth out the top

 5. Allow to prove (height gain of 70%-100%)

 6. Bake to shown bake temp

7. When ready let loaf cool on a wire rack

 

Options: Yeast free bread – replace yeast with 45g soy flour or 45g gluten free baking flour and Do not prove
