INGREDIENTS Needed

1kg Cookie Mix

250g Margarine

250g Sugar

2 x 70g Eggs

METHOD

Mix on speed 1 for 3-4 Min with beater  (Do not over mix batter)

Bake at 190- 200 C fan forced (Depending on the oven)

Bake time: 10-11min

Note: The yield noted really depends on how thick you roll the cookies and will vary depending on the style of cookie you are baking.
