A silky feel with non stick qualities. Non Stick Sugar Powder is designed to work with coloured icings when kneading, rolling out or buffing, as any excess can be easily brushed off or buffed into the surface in order to maintain the brilliant fondant icing colours.

Ideal for use with sugar pastes, perfect for fine cut outs and flower petals. This sugar blend also helps to release sugar paste from silicone moulds.
