This class is suitable for beginners. Learn how to use and care for your airbrush. You'll practise several techniques and leave with some gorgeous cookies too! Don't have an airbrush and want to know what all the fuss is about, then this class is perfect for you.

Drip Cake $140

Get ready to decorate like a pro in this hands-on Drip Cake Decorating Class! Whether you're a beginner or a budding baker, you'll learn step-by-step how to create a stunning cake using drip techniques, chocolate moulds, and buttercream piping. You’ll leave with your own fully decorated drip cake, in your fave colour scheme, plus the confidence and skills to recreate it at home. All materials and tools are provided — just bring your creativity (and your sweet tooth)!

This class is a perfect introduction to the world of piping. You will start by learning how to use the 2D and the leaf tips, but then take your skills to the next level by exploring ruffles and petals with the 104. 

Fruit Cake Demo Free

Wednesday 5th November, 2025, 10-11:30am

Kirsty will show you how to prepare your fruit cake for icing, how to apply fondant, and then some easy decorating techniques. Want to participate? Bring your own fruit cake and decorate it with confidence after the demonstration. Send us an email, or give us a call to let us know you need to reserve a spot.

Unwrap the magic of cake decorating in this holiday workshop. You can decorate either a fruit cake or a mud cake with fondant to make it look like a wrapped Christmas present.
