Who doesn't love a good white mud cake?  The Bakels White Mud recipe mix is divine tasting white mud cake is sure to impress.  Is scrumptious to eat with a caramel buttercream or white chocolate ganache.  Bakels White Mud recipe mix is also ideal for creating tiered cakes or sculptured shaped cakes.

   1Kg Bakels White Mud Cake Mix

   140ml Vegetable Oil

   270g Water

   3 x 60g Eggs



  1. Preheat oven to 150 degrees
  2. Combine eggs, water & 1kg white mud mix on low speed for 1 minute, scrape down sides of the bowl and mix for a further 2 minutes on high.
  3. Start mixing on low speed again whilst adding vegetable oil and then beat for a total of 2 minutes, being careful not to overmix.
  4. Grease pan with Bakels Sprink.
  5. Pour cake mixture into prepared cake pan.
  6. Bake in oven on 150-160 degrees for approximately 1-2 hours (Baking time & temperature will vary from oven to oven).
  7. Cake will spring back when ready or skewer will come out clean
  8. Allow to cool in pan
