Saturday, 7th September, 2024, 10am-1pm

You'll leave with a vintage style cake and will have practised the best piping techniques. This class is suitble for beginners or those wanting to learn some really helpful tips and tricks when decorating elegant cakes!

Friday Night Sugar Rush (cupcake decorating class): $70 

Friday, 13th September, 2024, 6:30pm-8:30pm

You'll be piping with buttercream, then colouring chocolate and fondant to use with silicone moulds. A lot is going on with this sugar overloaded themed class, but the emphasis is on fun!

Basic Buttercream: $190 

Saturday, 14th September, 2024, 10am-1pm

The perfect class for absolute beginners or those wanting to perfect their skills.You will layer your cake, mask it with buttercream, learn the essentials to piping with buttercream, and apply this knowledge to decorating your cake. Not only do you take home your beautifully decorated cake and the 6 cupcakes you decorate as part of your lesson, but also the Mondo Cupcake Decorating Kit!

Jungle Animals Figurines Class $100

Saturday 21st September, 2024, 10am-2pm

Perfect for beginners or those wanting to develope their fondant figurine making skills. You will leave with 2-3 fondant figurines made by you!

Looking to gain confidence when piping flowers? We'll be teaching you chrysanthemums, anemone, sunflowers, and peonies.

The Hedgehog Cake  Cost: $190

Saturday 16th November 2023, 10am-1pm

Learn so much in this exciting new class! You'll be making all the fondant pieces, as well as all that glorious piping with beautiful Russian piping tips.
