These hungry unicorn cakes were made in our last fondant basics class, imagine what you could do! You will learn how to prepare your cake, how to use fondant, cover your cake, smooth away imperfections, and the many other essential tips and tricks you need to cover a cake successfully each and every time. The fun doesn't stop there, we will also show you other ways to use fondant, whether it is making a hungry unicorn or some other figurine/decoration!

It has been such a hit we brought it back! You'll be a busy bee in this class as you layer a cake, mask it, add a faultline, pipe, practise airbrushing, make chocolate honeycomb, make fondant bees, and perfect your drip technique.

Pastel Perfection Layered Buttercream Cake: $180

A perfect class for beginners or those who want to practise layering buttercream. You'll be stacking your 6 inch cakes, crumb coating, then adding the coloured layers of your choice. Donut worry, it does not end there! You will also be perfecting your 3-tone piping, then colouring fondant and chocolate to use with moulds! Could this cake be any sweeter?

Intermediate Piping: $100

A perfect class for those ready to learn some more piping techniques! You'll be piping chrysanthemums, anemones, peonies, roses, and sunflowers in this class.
Gum Paste Flowers: $100
Saturday, 10th August, 2024, 10am-1pm
We will start off easy with frangipanis, then we will make roses, and as your confidence grows we will make a wired peony, finishing off the class with wired leaves and filler flowers. You will be colouring each flower with dusts, but learning a different technique each time.
