Decorating cakes in fondant can be tricky! In this class you will learn how to prepare your cake, cover it in fondant AND make a fondant topper!

Christmas in July Cookie Class $85

Saturday 12th July, 2025, 10-12pm

In this festive workshop students will use fondant to decorate cookies. You'll explore how to pipe details with royal icing, how to use a stencil, an embosser, and isomalt to create that little bit of magic! All materials provided, just bring your holiday cheer.

This class is suitable for those with beginner and intermediate piping skills! We'll be using a variety of piping tips to create buttercream flower cupcakes, and learn how to transform them into a bouquet. You will receive a FREE piping tip set with this class.

Bee Themed Cupcake Class: $65

Friday 8th August, 2025 6:30-8:30pm

You'll be decorating cupcakes with buttercream and learning some essential piping skills. Then you will make cute bees, honeycomb, and flowers with fondant to complete the design

Teddy Bear Cookie Decorating Class: $120

Saturday 30th August, 2025 10-1pm

Can't bearly wait for this one! Students will transform simple cookies into works of art using royal icing and fondant. All materials are provided and you will leave with your beautifully decorated cookies and the skills to recreate them at home.

Brush and Bloom Cake Class: $140

Saturday 6th September, 2025 10-1pm

Learn the essentials of cake decorating in this hands-on class. You'll master how to layer and cover a 6" cake in buttercream, achieve a smooth, professional finish, and use the brush technique to create stunning buttercream flowers. Perfect for beginners and hobby bakers alike.

Vanessa's Essential Piping Class: $100

This class is suitable for all ages! You'll be decorating cupcakes with buttercream using different piping tips. 

Succulent Piping: $65

Friday 19th September, 2025 6:30-8:30pm

This class is suitable for beginners! We'll be using different piping tips to create a variety of succulent inspired cupcakes. 

Flower Piping: $85

Saturday 20th September, 2025 10-12:30pm

This class is suitable for beginners and those with intermediate piping skills. Learn and practise piping roses, daisies, sunflowers, tulips, and leaves using professional techniques and tools. You will take home a beautiful set of 8 cupcakes and the confidence to recreate these edible works of art.

Amalfi Coast Cookie Class: $65

Friday 26th September, 2025 6:30-8:30pm

Join us for a night of coastal vibes with our Amalfi fondant cookie class! Learn how to emboss words and textures, use edible images and fondant moulds.

Spring Fling Cake Class: $140

Saturday 27th September, 2025 10-1pm

In this sweet and stylish class, you'll learn how to layer and cover a cake in buttercream, achieve a smooth finish, and pipe delicate flowers with details. Finishing it off with cute bows, creating a cute cake that's as fun to make as it is to eat!

This class is suitable for all ages! You'll be decorating cupcakes with buttercream, learning some essential piping skills! Then you will make cute bees, honeycomb, and flowers with fondant to complete the design!  

Kids Strawberry Cupcakes/Cookies Class: $65

Tuesday 1st July, 2025 10-12pm

You'll be piping buttercream onto cupcakes, using 4 different tips and then decorating strawberry shaped cookies with fondant. We can increase the difficulty level for those with existing fondant/piping skills, making this class suitable both beginners and intermediates.

Kids 7 and up are welcome in this Swifty cookie decorating class! You'll be listening to your favourite songs as we decorate cookies with fondant, embossers, sprinkles, edible wafer, and edible pens!

 Kids Unicorn Mini Cake Class: $100

Wednesday 2nd July, 2025 10-12:30pm

It is still a favourite! Come and decorate a 5" cake. After you have practised your piping, and perfected your cake icing skills, you will make the fondant details and then put it all together to create this classic unicorn cake. Suitable for 8 years and up.
