Halloween Cookie Class (fondant): $70

Kids and adults welcome in this fondant cookie class. Kirsty had too much fun making these display cookies that she decided to make it a class! We'll be using fondant, lustre dusts, edible pens, moulds, a texture mat, and sprinkles to make your Halloween treats.

Our kids Halloween class is suitable for all ages! Don't miss out on the fun. We'll be filling our cupcakes with a goopy surprise, flavouring and colouring the buttercream, making the fondant features, and then piping the fur with 3 different piping tips.

Drip Cake $140

Get ready to decorate like a pro in this hands-on Drip Cake Decorating Class! Whether you're a beginner or a budding baker, you'll learn step-by-step how to create a stunning cake using drip techniques, chocolate moulds, and buttercream piping. You’ll leave with your own fully decorated drip cake, in your fave colour scheme, plus the confidence and skills to recreate it at home. All materials and tools are provided — just bring your creativity (and your sweet tooth)!

This class is a perfect introduction to the world of piping. You will start by learning how to use the 2D and the leaf tips, but then take your skills to the next level by exploring ruffles and petals with the 104. 

Fruit Cake Demo Free

Kirsty will show you how to prepare your fruit cake for icing, how to apply fondant, and then some easy decorating techniques. Want to participate? Bring your own fruit cake and decorate it with confidence after the demonstration.

This class is suitable for beginners. We'll be using the Russian Tips to create beautiful cupcakes. Take home a set on the day of the class for FREE (RRP $19.95)

Jungle Animals Figurine Making Class: $100
